Important Event Information
Lunch: We work hard to keep costs down for our workshops so lunch is not provided. Where possible we will find venues close to cafes and food outlets. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch with you. Light refreshments will be provided.
Workshop numbers: Due to venue constraints all workshops have limited spaces so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. Once a workshop is full we will remove the Pay Pal button and open a waiting list.
In case of cancellation: There is a very small chance that something completely beyond our control might happen resulting in cancellation of a workshop. An example might be an airport closure that means Anne can't travel to the intended city. If anything prevents the workshop from going ahead your money will be refunded immediately.
Credit card charging: Please note that this transaction will appear on your credit card statement as 'On Purpose Ltd'.
If you can’t make it: We know that sometimes unexpected things happen, and with the best intentions sometimes people find that they can't make it to a workshop they have booked.
For us, there are administration costs associated with providing refunds, and as we get closer to the date these costs increase. For this reason we offer a refund, less administration costs as detailed in our cancellation policy.
Please read the following cancellation policy. By purchasing your tickets you agree to these conditions:

If cancelling 4 weeks or more out from the date: you have a choice of transferring the ticket to a future workshop, or a 70% refund (30% administration fee applies) will be issued

If cancelling 2-4 weeks or more out from the date - a 50% refund will be issued
Within 2 weeks of the date – we are unable to offer a refund
- Tickets are transferrable so if you can't make it, you are welcome to give or sell your ticket to a friend
