Welcome to the world of learning online – where you decide when and what you want to learn.
You take the course at home and all you need is a computer with an internet connection. Each class takes just 50 minutes, so in no time at all your party plan skills will be flying!
If something comes up and you can't make the time, it's fine – you will receive a recording of the class to watch as many times as you like for a week.
New to Online Workshops?
So, what is an Online Workshop (sometimes known as a webinar)? – it's simply a workshop, on the internet! Don't worry – they are easy! That's why we offer a free monthly class, so you can get the feel of them and become comfortable with this new way of learning. We think once you give Online Workshops a try, you will love them.
Online Workshops feel just like live workshops.
Anne will present a topic and you will see pictures and examples on your computer as she speaks. There is a "whiteboard" that Anne can write on that everyone can see.
You will even be able to ask questions, interact and write on the whiteboard if you want to. It's just as if we are all in the same room!
All you need is a Windows® or Mac® PC with a broadband internet connection, speakers and a microphone (if you want to speak). If you do not have speakers or a microphone then there is a toll-based phone service you can call to participate in the workshop.

In the party plan industry we often hear people talking about the importance of finding out our 'Why'. For a long time in my party plan career I didn't really get what this was about. Eventually (thankfully) the penny dropped!
The reason for needing to know our 'why' is that it is crucial to our success. The strange thing is, that without a bit of digging we don't actually know what it is (even if we think we do!)
With our real 'why', we set more powerful goals and we have stronger resolve to carry on when we hit a speed bump.
Once we know why we are here, the next thing is to work out what we want. We need a vision that is real and feels alive and exciting. Then we need to use our 'why' to keep us on track.
